How we help
We help families who wish to name a third party as their executor for the following reasons and beyond:
- have no close family members/friends and/or none that live in town to serve as executor
- do not have any family members or friends that would want to serve as executor
- want a neutral third party to serve as executor of the estate due to complex family dynamics
- do not want to burden family members with responsibilities of serving as executor

Facing the loss of a loved one can be hard on families and it can be incredibly hard to let a third party into an already vulnerable time. We use project management and communication tools to provide the maximum level of transparency to all beneficiaries and attorneys.
Life is messy, especially in seasons of transition. Our commitment at Sunny is that we keep everything in order for the beneficiaries, so they don’t have to. We bring our project management expertise to the families to keep things moving in the right direction.
We have worked with countless families who have lost a loved one and know what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and most importantly the sequence in which actions need to be completed. We take a thorough approach to our work to ensure no task is left unsettled.
